Stitches and no justice - that's what Gladys Jackson says her brother was left with after he was attacked by another resident back on Dec.13 at the Grand Manor Nursing Home.
Now, Jackson says that same resident is back, but on a different floor, and he won't be held accountable.
"He got stitches, three stitches above his eye, he still has body pain," said Jackson.
From 2020 to 2024, the Department of Health has reported 260 complaints at Grand Manor Nursing Home.
News 12 called for comment but has not heard back yet.
