The St. Barnabas Festival Youth Choir performed their final practice Thursday before heading to the Vatican.
The choir consists of students from all over the St. Barnabas parish and is the only school in the archdiocese to be invited to sing for Pope Francis.
"Most of our kids were funded to go so we were able to pull it off and have it done," choir director Sharon Traditi says.
The choir will be traveling to Italy for eight days and will sing at several other Masses in the country.
