Two artists in Brooklyn are traveling around New York City with a unique dwelling to mark Sukkot.

They have built a colorful sukkah in celebration of the Jewish holiday.

Sukkahs are traditionally small booths that many who celebrate the holiday eat and sleep in during Sukkot.

The artists' sukkah, made to resemble a skyscraper, is suitable for just one person and is traveling around all five boroughs.

"It is definitely an opportunity to give New Yorkers a moment of peace, potentially even to change the energy of New York City for the better," says artist Danielle Durchslag. "The more New Yorkers we get here, we're hoping the more peaceful and tranquil the city feels this week."
