A Brooklyn man was arrested on stalking and harassment charges after allegedly targeting Grammy‑winning singer H.E.R. for more than two years, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.

Jonathan Goldstonewerse was arrested on stalking and harassment charges after allegedly targeting Grammy-winning singer H.E.R. for more than two years, according to a criminal complaint released by the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.
The complaint states that the alleged harassment began in August 2023, when Goldstonewerse repeatedly texted and called the singer. In one message, he wrote, "We just met a few days ago at the parking lot. I'm not forcing you to talk to me. I'm just telling you that I miss you."
According to court documents, the DUMBO resident later sent videos of his feet to the singer from the same phone number.
Prosecutors allege that Goldstonewerse also sent flowers and a signed card to the singer's apartment, along with additional text messages, including one that read, "Hey sweetheart, wish you would check on me, got a lot going on."
The complaint further alleges that Goldstonewerse followed the singer to her home, appeared at her apartment, followed her to her car, and attempted to open her car door.
He was charged with stalking and harassment and has since been released.
H.E.R. has not publicly commented on this case.
