The Brooklyn Public Library opened its new technology centers for teenagers on Thursday.

The five specific locations are equipped with 3D printers, cameras, digital music instruments, micro-controller boards and so much more.

"I think its really great here, when you do these things because its just not about computers," said student Ibrahim Chaudhri. "Your bonding with other people that might have the same interest."

The centers were made possible by the $15 million in funding from the Mayor Eric Adams’ office, aimed to engage the next generation of tech leaders while providing a safe space.
