A Frontier Communications worker is recovering after being seriously injured in Woodbury while hanging fiber lines.

The accident happened on Smith Clove Road and Route 32 when bolts on the worker's bucket truck came loose while he was standing on it.

Another employee at the scene said the worker was at least 14 feet in the air before falling. "I heard a loud bang and I looked over and saw him holding on to the door of the bucket and then fall out," the witness said.
