Bronx residents who rely on trains and buses to get around should plan to give themselves extra time this weekend due to major service changes and delays. Because of planned construction, 241st Street-bound 2 and 5 trains will be running express from the 3rd Avenue-149th Street station to East 180th Street, skipping several local stops. On the 1 line, the Dyckman Street/South Ferry-bound platform is closed for construction.
