Cold temperatures weren’t keeping Bronx residents from celebrating the new year Sunday night, and locals have flocked to a family-owned store to make sure their parties are ready to go for decades.

Frank Bee Stores has been a costume and party supply staple in the Bronx since 1957, and while parties have changed so much over that time, the store has adapted.

Employees described New Year's Eve as a "last-minute" holiday, with many people coming in the day of to pick up hats, horns, glasses and more.
