The victim says that Father George Rutler was watching pornography in front of her on Nov. 4 at St. Michael the Archangel Church in Manhattan.
The woman, who was working at the church, says Rutler performed a lewd act and grabbed her.
The Archdiocese of New York says Rutler is no longer serving as a priest.
