CAUGHT ON VIDEO: Man fires shots at another man in Soundview
A man was caught on surveillance video shooting at someone running away. His bullets struck two cars but missed the target.

11h agoPolice say an exchange between two men became violent when a man started firing shots at another Sunday in Soundview.
According to police, two men exchanged words outside
of a store before one pulled a gun out of his jacket and started firing at the
other.
Police provided News 12 with the surveillance video of
the incident that took place along Morrison Avenue at 9:30 a.m.
As the man getting
shot at crosses the street, the suspect continues to shoot, despite a
car being on the road and another person walking down the sidewalk.
The suspect did
not hit any pedestrians or his target with bullets, but shots hit two cars. Any
information regarding the suspect can be called into Crime Stoppers at
