A Bronx church on Gun Hill Road opened its doors to help keep those in need warm this winter with a coat drive.
Bronx Christian Fellowship partnered with local organizations to donate 1,000 coats to children in need.
The donated coats will benefit children of the incarcerated and those in foster care and shelters. The church also provided dinner for the families picking up coats.
The NYPD was also on hand giving out toys to children in need.
