A cleanup effort is underway in Morris Heights following a water main break Tuesday morning.
The FDNY says the break was reported on Macombs Avenue around 5 a.m. Officials say Macombs Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard are dry after being underwater.
The roads are blocked off from Macombs Avenue to West 176th as the city Department of Environmental Protection works to determine what caused the water main break.
