City officials issued a code blue Wednesday to make sure those who need shelter get the help they need.
The Department of Homeless services urges people to call if they see anyone on the streets who might be at risk. Officials say call 311 for available shelter.
Also, schools are open citywide for in person learning. No decision has been made about whether buildings will open Thursday. However, if the buildings are closed there will be no snow day for students and staff with everyone expected to log on for remote learning.
