Councilman hopes ‘Health Bucks’ will help state’s unhealthiest county
Councilman Ritchie Torres announced Tuesday that he’s secured $28,000 in the city budget for a Health Bucks program, which shoppers can use to buy healthy foods at green markets across the city.
