The Brooklyn Community Foundation is launching a Brooklyn COVID-19 Response Fund to provide resources to those in need. 
The Campaign Against Hunger is one of the nonprofits that has received a grant. So far, it has received $10,000 from the Brooklyn Community Foundation. 
The Campaign Against Hunger says it typically provides food for 200 families a day, but it is currently feeding more than 1,000. 
The Brooklyn Community Foundation's goal is to be able to give out $1 million to organizations in the community.
