The City University of New York announced it is ending the emergency vaccination mandate for students, faculty and staff.

The end of the mandate will go into effect at 22 CUNY colleges and for all Central Office employees on the last day of the spring semester - May 23 for most.

For Kingsborough, LaGuardia and Guttman community colleges, the mandate will end on June 16, the last day of their current term.

This will allow students to enroll in summer session classes regardless of their vaccination status.
