Gov. Andrew Cuomo returned to hurricane-crippled Puerto Rico to tour the island's recovery efforts, and he's calling on the federal government to swiftly pass a large aid package.
Cuomo toured the island with Puerto Rican Gov. Ricardo Rosello, to see firsthand the rebuilding efforts underway in the wake of Hurricane Maria.
Cuomo's office says a robust aid package is needed quickly to help recover from the more than $94 billion in damages the island suffered from the hurricane.
Cuomo is underscoring that Puerto Ricans are still dealing with a lack of power for a third of the island, people are still living in shelters, and many must boil their water before they can use it.
