There is a coastal flood advisory for Ocean County during high tide.
Skies are slowly clearing, but with the winds still light, but off the ocean, there will be a few clouds around through the overnight.
A quick side note since there isn't that much weather to talk about - starting tonight, but especially for tomorrow night, there is a slight chance - if the clouds stay away - that the Northern Lights might be seen this far south. It won't be visible with the naked eye. You might be able to pick up on some faint pink/ green hues through your camera if you are up early enough. Have patience and hope the clouds stay away.
Other than that, back to the same old stuff. Drought conditions are beginning to show as water levels slowly begin to drop. The next chance for sprinkles would be Friday night. (This forecast would interfere with seeing the Northern Lights tomorrow night.)
The weekend is fabulous with sunshine and warm temperatures. Highs near 80 on Saturday and a seasonable 72 on Sunday.
Looking for rain chances to increase late Sunday night into Monday morning. Fingers crossed something appreciable collects to help slow that developing drought situation.
