The death of a man found inside his West Farms apartment Monday has been ruled a homicide by the medical examiner's office.
Jose Burgos, 58, was found dead Monday at at 915 Elsmere Place. Police say he was found unresponsive and unconscious with back trauma.
The NYPD has not clarified what type of injuries he had to his back, and there is no word yet from the medical examiner’s office on how exactly he died.
Right now, police say they have no one in custody. There are no details on who police are looking for.
