As health care workers continue to work on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic, one lawyer wanted to give back.
Luke R. says it began by randomly placing large dinner orders and getting them delivered to hospitals.
“I reached out to them and I said ‘Hey I want to send you guys dinner’ and someone got back to me the idea just kind of came together,” said Luke.
He says the website was set up to give people the option to support local eateries and extend kind gestures to those working in healthcare.
“The EMTs, the doctors, they are working 24/7 and anyone appreciates any kind of gesture like hey we're with you,” said Luke.
