The city's Department of Education is urging students, parents and teachers to fill out a survey to help it improve schools in the boroughs.
Officials say the feedback from the online 2016 NYC School Survey can help evaluate performance. The deadline is April 1.
Many students and their parents, however, say they'd never heard of it before.
Parents need an access code provided by the schools. If one wasn't received, they can call the survey hotline at 800-690-8603.
