Police say a Department of Education teacher is in custody and facing several charges for touching a teen during school hours.
Mohammed Baksh, 70, was arrested Thursday afternoon. Baksh was charged with sexual misconduct, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
It is unclear when the alleged incident took place and at what school.
