Residents who live on Yates Avenue have become irritated with the congestion they have seen during school drop-off and pick-up times. 

They say it started after the Children's Aid College Prep Charter School began housing its first graders inside Our Savior Luther School. Residents say every weekday around 7:30 a.m. and at 3:30 p.m. the long line of buses appears and brings traffic to a standstill on Yates Avenue.

Drivers say the building has two other entrances on two-lane roads like Williamsbrige Road and Morris Park Avenue so they don't understand why the buses don't stop there instead. 

News 12 crews were at the scene as kids were let out of school on Friday afternoon and watched as they were loaded onto buses on Morris Park Avenue, leaving no bus traffic on Yates Avenue.
