On Thursday night, falling glass from a Bronx building sent a person to the hospital.
Emergency crews say that just after 5 p.m., glass from a window of a five-story building on Beach Avenue fell.
The person hit by the falling glass was taken to Jacobi Medical Center and is expected to be OK.
Investigators are trying to figure out what caused the glass to fall.
