The family of a man killed five years ago by an off-duty police officer says they're still seeking justice ahead of the anniversary of his death.
Deltrawn Small's sister, Victoria Davis, says she wants to spread awareness about police brutality in New York City.
Delrawn Small was killed by off-duty officer Wayne Isaacs early in the morning on July 4, 2016 following an apparent road rage incident. A year later, the officer was acquitted on murder and manslaughter charges.
The family and others fought for disciplinary charges and say they want the officer to be fired.
