New details are emerging about a wrongful death lawsuit a family has filed against a Jersey City woman who died after drinking a caffeinated lemonade offered at Panera Break.

The family of Sarah Katz says that the 21-year-old would have avoided the Charged Lemonade if she knew how much caffeine it contained. The lawsuit states that the drink was offered side-by-side with other drinks offered at Panera Bread, regardless of caffeine levels.

Katz, who was a student at the University of Pennsylvania, had a heart condition called Long Q-T Type 1 and avoided caffeine. Her parents say there is no doubt that the drink triggered Katz’s cardiac arrest.

Panera Bread has since pulled the drink from its menu.
