A massive fire ripped through a strip of businesses Thursday morning in Melrose, fire officials say.

Three firefighters were left with minor injuries.

The FDNY says it was dispatched to 156th Street and Third Avenue around 5 a.m. for calls of smoke inside a Dunkin'.

Dunkin' employees were in the establishment, but no other neighboring businesses were open at the time.

First responders found raging flames at the Dunkin', along with a Chinese restaurant, a smoke shop and a 99 cent store.

Employees at the fabric store Holland Textiles were also affected.

"That's our bread and butter. It's gone. It's tragic. It's devastating. What can we do?" said Zia Gulraiz, manager of Holland Textiles.

The future for these businesses is unknown as they try to pick up the pieces of what's left of their shops.

It's unclear what caused the fire at this time.
