The FDNY responded to a four-alarm fire early Monday morning in East Harlem.
Firefighters say the fire was located at a three-story building on Third Avenue that spread through the roof.
The building houses both a furniture store and the Exodus Transitional Community center. The building was evacuated as firefighters battled the flames.
At least five people suffered minor injuries, including four firefighters.
No other information has been released yet.
