If you are feeling a little extra tired this morning, that might be because we lost an hour of sleep over the weekend and we’re back in daylight saving time.

Here’s some ways to adjust to daylight saving time:

- Put your phone away before bed.
- Snack only if you are hungry before bed.
- Only take a 20-minute nap.
- Don't drink coffee four to six hours before bed.
