A bike shop that has been in the Williamsbridge community for 60 years was destroyed in a fire Monday night.
Arrow Cycle Bike Shop on White Plains Road was John Ventarola's life.
"It's my place and I enjoyed being here. Unfortunately, it might be over," says Ventarola.
After nearly 68 years, Ventarola can't walk into his shop for a day's work. Flames ripped through the shop for hours Monday night, turning the once thriving business into ash.
Fire crews are investigating the cause of the fire, and say they are also investigating if it started in an electrical shop next door to the bike shop.
The FDNY says four firefighters were injured during the fire.
