Looking for a way to hydrate after a good workout? Fresh, healthy juices can be the perfect way to get refreshed and re-energized.
News 12's Natasha Geigel stopped by Shake Box and met with Christian Luzuriaga for some tips on making some post-workout "Regenerate" juice.
He explained that the juice is made with watermelon rind, which is a great option because it helps clear the lactic acid in muscles after workouts. He also added some kale, tomatoes and pineapple for fiber and flavor.
"It's great regeneration, the best thing you can do for your muscles after a work out and let you get back in the gym quicker," Luzuriaga says.
