Food and lifestyle blogger Marla Meredith has some ideas for healthy summer dishes to bring to barbecues or potluck events.
Meredith suggests a fresh salad made with avocado, sliced strawberries, cucumber, crumbled feta cheese and greens, accompanied by a fresh vinaigrette dressing.
The ingredients in the vinaigrette include some fresh lemon juice and olive oil, with a little bit of salt and pepper.
She also is suggesting a bruschetta pasta salad. The salad consists of some balsamic olive oil, basil, tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
