Former Gov. Cuomo to testify before Congress on the handling of COVID-19 in nursing homes

This will be the former governor's second time testifying in front of the same panel.

Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is expected to testify before a congressional panel next week on his handling of the COVID-19 death count in nursing homes.
An investigation by New York's attorney general found the New York Department of Health undercounted COVID-19 deaths in nursing homes. The AG's office estimates more than 4,000 deaths were not properly reported.
This will be the former governor's second time testifying in front of the same panel.
