Gov. Cuomo gives update after more coronavirus cases confirmed in NY

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced five new cases of coronavirus connected to the initial New Rochelle case. They are a friend of the 50-year-old and his wife, two sons and daughter. Another daughter tested negative. This brings the total number of cases to 11.

UPDATE: Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced five new cases of coronavirus connected to the initial New Rochelle case. They are a friend of the 50-year-old and his wife, two sons and daughter. Another daughter tested negative. This brings the total number of cases to 11. Earlier coverage below.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo gave an update Wednesday, confirming more cases of coronavirus in the state. There are now at least six confirmed cases of the virus in New York.
