A scathing new report revealed that the special education program at Greenwich Schools hasn't changed in over two decades.
Data shows students of color were more likely to be recommended for special education programs.
The report was recently done by an education firm and recommended nearly 30 changes.
One of the changes among them was changing the program's name.
The district is set to have a meeting about its special education program tomorrow.
