Guggenheim Museum welcomes visitors with safety precautions, new exhibitions

Cultural institutions have slowly been reopening over the past couple of weeks and one of the latest welcoming people back is the Guggenheim Museum.

Cultural institutions have slowly been reopening over the past couple of weeks and one of the latest welcoming people back is the Guggenheim Museum.
The museum is open at 25% capacity. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the exhibitions, as well as black circles and arrows to help people with social distancing.
All the guides and ticketing services are also available on the museum’s app.
For the reopening, the museum's debuting two new exhibitions. One of those exhibitions features a massive mural by Jackson Pollock--commissioned by the niece of the man who the museum was named after.
Another exhibition features sculptures made by six different artists using found materials. The exhibit focuses on the process of the pieces.
The museum has promised a safe experience for guests to enjoy their collection.
