A gym owner is using virtual learning to help kids burn some energy during the pandemic.
The free workouts focus on getting the kids moving just like they would during school recess.
Parents say they enjoy it too because it gives them a break while they are spending more time than normal with their kids.
His and Hers Boot Camp owner Brandon Matthews says these lessons will last far longer than the pandemic.
"I believe in instilling a mentality of being active from youth, and as we all know, if we start them young and try to instill them with these qualities, that they can carry it for the rest of their life," Matthews says.
The classes are offered every weekday at 11 a.m.
