HEADLINES: Woman charged with fake vaccine cards, GoFundMe for Mount Vernon woman, Apple store stabbing

Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
A Mount Vernon woman has been arraigned for allegedly possessing fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination record cards. Diana Finlay was charged with five counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. After being pulled over and arrested in Harrison for driving with an allegedly forged New Jersey temporary registration license tag, authorities say a total of 21 forged COVID-19 vaccination cards were recovered. Finlay is scheduled to appear again in Harrison Town Court on Dec. 7.
A GoFundMe is now circulating for the Mount Vernon woman found dead. The body of Alexandra Castano was discovered last Tuesday at her home on Summit Street. Officials say the initial autopsy showed no signs of trauma or assault. The family says they're still waiting for a second autopsy before planning a funeral.
The search is on for a man accused of physically assaulting employees in a Manhattan Apple store. The suspect refused to wear a mask and slapped the guard when confronted. He then returned to the store, punched a female employee and stabbed the guard with a knife. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact NYPD.
