The dousing rains and strong winds that hit the Bronx Thursday caused a tree to fall across a road in Kingsbridge Heights.

Crews were on the scene of Webb Avenue where a huge tree came down.

Neighbors say it happened in the late morning. They say the FDNY came soon after to clear the roadway so people and drivers could get through.
