A young woman is fighting for her life following a hit-and-run over the weekend.
Marna Martinez says that her daughter, Alexandra Cammorto, was hit by a car at around 8 p.m. Saturday at East 222nd Street and Boston Road.
Surveillance video shows Cammorto being struck by a white vehicle that then fled the scene. The crash left her with a fractured skull, a concussion and memory and hearing loss.
Police are still investigating the case.
