Santa Claus paid a visit Monday to the sick patients at The Children's Hospital at Montefiore and made sure to take requests from the children's Christmas lists.
Santa Claus brought in gifts like stuffed animals and a local fire department will also hand out presents to patients this Thursday.
A section of the hospital was transformed into the North Pole, with employees dressed as elves to bring Christmas spirit to the children who are fighting a variety of ailments.
This is the hospital's second year hosting this event.
