It's called the Hugh Grant Circle, but for many Bronx commuters it's simply called a headache. 
Drivers say they're fed up with ongoing construction at the traffic circle, which has shut down two out of its four lanes, bringing cars to a crawl most mornings. 
According to the city's Department of Design and Construction, the MTA is also conducting its own renovations in the area, which is making the congestion worse because it limits contractors' access to their own project. 
As a result, construction deadlines were pushed back, but officials say they're now 75 percent finished. It's all expected to wrap up by July 1
