The Igelsia De Dios Odgen says they find mountains of garbage sitting outside their front door every week.

Milagros Porrias says her father founded the church 40 years ago. She says DSNY is doing their job, but the community is not.

In exclusive video obtained by News 12, a man is seen dumping a refrigerator right outside the church.

Parishioners say they're fed up and frustrated. They consistently file complaints with 311 and the Department of Sanitation.

The Department of Sanitation says they've been cracking down on illegal dumping with over 200 summons this year. DSNY told News 12 that they have this location on Odgen Avenue and W. 164th Street on their radar.

"If you dump on our neighborhoods, we will catch you, we will impound your vehicle and you will pay," it said in a statement.
