Police have identified the woman who was fatally struck Sunday on the Bruckner Expressway.

Authorities say Jasmine Hunter, 32, was standing outside of her car near Exit 51 when she was struck by an unknown vehicle that didn't stop.

That's when we're told she landed below into Bronx River Parkway service road.

She was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
