Firefighters respond to basement fire in Kingsbridge
1h agoNine people were injured during a fire Saturday morning in Mott Haven, investigators say.
News 12 is told the fire happened at around 9 a.m. on the 11th floor of the building.
A total of 20 units and more than 70 firefighters responded to the scene.
Nine people were injured with two being evaluated at the scene and the others taken to Lincoln Medical Center.
The conditions of the victims is unknown at this time.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
