Investigators: Teen shot while driving in the Bronx, crashes into pole

A teenager crashed into a pole after he was shot while driving in Edenwald just before midnight Friday, police say.

A teenager crashed into a pole after he was shot while driving in Edenwald just before midnight Friday, police say.
News 12 is told the 17-year-old victim was treated for gunshot wounds to the leg and is in stable condition.
Investigators discovered a bullet hole in the rear bumper of the car and a shell casing on the crosswalk.
The incident was just one of multiple shootings that occurred in the Bronx overnight.
A man was also shot in the leg on East 188th Street.
A 25-year-old man was shot in the leg on Tiebold Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Friday.
News 12 is told the suspect in that incident were three men. One was wearing a black T-shirt and was last seen heading east on East 187th Street.
All of the victims are expected to be OK.
