A water main break on East 167th Street and Grand Concourse left Bronx residents dealing with ice, and Saturday's snow storm hasn’t even started just yet.
Neighbors tell News 12 the break has been going for at least two days.
They say the water rushes down the road, something they say isn’t safe and can turn into ice fast.
News 12’s Faith Graham is monitoring cold temperatures as preparations begin for the nor’easter Saturday.
