resulting from the pandemic. The company is optimistic about the future,
forecasting sales growth in 2021, which drove their stock higher. The retailer
was able to profit in the quarter from success at its Old Navy and Athleta
brands.
One NBA team is adopting to cryptocurrency. The Dallas Mavericks will soon be
accepting Dogecoin as a form of payment as part of an agreement with
crypto-payment provider Bit-pay. Team owner Mark Cuban has been a long
supporter of crypto adoption.
Jeep is rolling out a new
digital feature in its Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer SUVs. The automaker says that the 2022
models will come with Amazon’s Fire TV, but the vehicle’s safety setting will
only allow the driver to enjoy prime content when the car is parked. The
integration will also give drivers access to Amazon’s Alexa service.
