New Jersey is honoring some Big Brothers, Big Sisters mentors. Parsippany Police Officer Ernest Banks and his little brother Drevon were named Big and Little Brothers of the Year. And Staci Clark of Deptford and little sister Dominique were named Big and Little Sisters of the year.
