yesterdayA suspected armed robber accused of terrorizing multiple fast-food restaurants in The Bronx has been arrested.
Police arrested 56-year-old Darrell C. Spearman, of Kentucky. Spearman is facing multiple charges, including robbery.
The robberies included a Wingstop on Edison Avenue in Baychester on Feb. 25. The robber was seen ripping the cash register off the counter before walking out.
Police say Spearman hit a total of four fast-food locations, including a White Castle, a McDonald’s and a Kennedy Fried Chicken all in February.
The exact amount of money taken is unclear.
